Landlord accounts: your name, email address, and password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your plaintext password), plus the properties you create (name, address, monthly rent).
Rental applicants: whatever they submit through a property's public application form — name, email, phone, current address, reason for moving, household size, employer, current rent, move date, monthly income, credit score, and monthly debt.
Applicant data is used only to compute a qualification score for the specific property applied to, and to display that application to the property's landlord. It is never shared with, or visible to, any other landlord account. We don't sell applicant or landlord data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Application data is stored in a Postgres database with row-level security enforced at the database layer — every query is scoped to the requesting landlord's own properties, so one landlord's data is not reachable by another's account even in the event of an application bug.
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Landlords can edit or archive their properties at any time from the Properties page. To request deletion of your account or an applicant's data, contact us using the information on this site.
