QualifiedTenants AI is a screening tool for independent landlords. It lets you create property listings, generate a shareable application link for each one, collect rental applications, and see a transparent, rule-based qualification score for each applicant based on the information they submit.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the property information you publish and for keeping your account credentials secure. Each landlord account can only see and manage its own properties and applicants — accounts are fully isolated from one another.
The score and status (Ready Now / Needs Follow-Up / Missing Information) shown for each applicant are produced by a documented, rule-based formula using only the information the applicant submitted — income, proposed rent, credit score, debt, employment, and current rent. It does not use and must never be used to evaluate race, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected class. You are responsible for making final leasing decisions in compliance with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local laws.
Rental applicants submit personal and financial information directly through your property's application link. That data is visible only to you, the landlord who owns that property, and is used solely to compute the qualification score and let you review and follow up with the applicant.
Don't use QualifiedTenants AI to publish fraudulent listings, to collect information you don't have a legitimate leasing purpose for, or to circumvent fair housing law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of QualifiedTenants AI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
